Tracey jones 

As an award winning language alchemist Tracey supports people to gracefully challenge their own language patterns to achieve top performance.  She is renowned in her ability to turn people’s lives around and change the culture's of teams by focusing on language patterns/communication and individual's emotional intelligence skills.  She powerfully brings intelligence into emotions.

She has created a bespoke company that specialises in motivational training, emotional intelligence and coaching. 
 
Whether you need a change in your personal life/ business or in Education. Tracey and her team can tailor one-to-one or specific training days for groups focused on positive change in the workplace.

Being a strong committed performance and language specialist Tracey has worked within the Education sector for over 20 years, developing herself step-by-step through the leadership strands. Thriving from mentoring and coaching Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) across Wales, she then decided to move to Cyprus to work on a RAF base.  This is where her own transformation happened. She found herself going through her own personal life issues and decided to seek support. She quickly recognised that this support was very powerful and decided that she not only wanted to build herself back up, but to be able to transfer these skills to others.
 
Tracey has worked around the clock on mastering these powerful  skills and now dedicates her time to teaching others the 'language of life'.
 
Continuing with her personal growth, she went on to becoming a qualified EFT Master Practitioner, Modern Stress Manager/  Certified Coach and Educational Consultant.
Tracey can guide you through the depth of your potential, questioning life choices and bringing a personal culture of self-belief and change with a holistic approach. She has an energetic, active and passionate approach to her coaching skills. As a practised energist, she also works on unblocking any negative energy within the body, creating a clearer mindset.
 
As a trained ILM Level 7 Coach and Time Line Therapist, Tracey offers motivational coaching within a complex working environment at a senior and strategic level within an organisation. She can critically review skills, emotional intelligence, draw on interpersonal skills and values within.

Bonnie is responsible for leading the company’s business and internal operations, executing Chrysalis’ business strategy, and ensuring operational excellence company-wide.  A self-starter, with bags of energy who is not frightened to take the initiative. She has over a decade’s experience of business operational matters and executive assisting. 
​
Bonnie is passionate about supporting the business to excel. As a high achiever who has a successful record of delivery and exceeding targets, her focus allows her to drive performance of the company. A dedicated and effective leader who excels at using proven methods and cutting-edge technology to successfully streamline operations and increase productivity. Assertive and enthusiastic, with extensive knowledge of process optimization and unsurpassed work ethic.

During her career she has gained experience of various industries across the board and now has knowledge of fields that are critical to aid success. Being the first point of contact for all business-related matters Bonnie has the advantage of building and developing close working relationships to support a quality service culture.

Catherine Demaid

Catherine has over 25 years experience in the financial and business consultancy sectors working across a spectrum of complex organisational structures.  
An energetic, ambitious and agile Business and People Development professional with excellent strategic, transformation and organisational effectiveness expertise proven when leading business strategy and driving change.

A proactive, collaborative and engaging leader with deep business knowledge, and an outstanding track record leading diverse multi-functional teams to deliver solutions to complex business problems. Innovative and resourceful, a results-oriented professional with strong influencing and persuasion skills used at Board and employee engagement level in BlueChip, SME, Public and Private Organisations.

Catherine started her 13 year career with Lloyds Bank on their Management Development Programme. This gave Catherine an in depth understanding of both secured and unsecuredlending, general insurance, compliance and regulatory issues. This gave Catherine the ability to analyse commercial and personal requirements meeting these with design and delivery of dynamic and versatile solutions for customers. Catherine consistently took account of the ‘big picture’ and translated strategic targets into practical, efficient and effective actions resulting in her move into Management. Catherine proceeded to manage complex projects to meet Board requirements and vision in the HR and Learning and Development sectors of the business. In this role she delivered significant cost savings, enabling faster senior management decision making. In her final Leadership role, Catherine effectively managed the reduction of headcount by 2000 across the group to meet commitment to Board to reduce headcount as a result of effective management of lifecycle of Projects and the successful implementation of an Oracle Software package.
 
After a move into the HR sector of the business, Catherine became an Independent Business Consultant and has worked at a Senior Management and Board level in HR, People Development and Strategy in the financial, automotive and training sectors which gives her a significant level of occupational competency within business at all levels, as well as highly tuned and effective leadership skills. Clients included Biomet UK, Public Health Wales, Lloyds Bank, Traveline Cymru, Confused.com and The Institute of Leadership and Management.  
 
Catherine’s extensive people management skills and in depth commercial knowledge ideally places her to drive and lead the success of organisations through it’s talented and valued people.   ​
