Starting out her career as a Registered Nurse and subsequently spending in excess of 20 years working in the Learning and Development arena within large organisations in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, Lucy offers a unique approach based on integrity, vast experience of working with people under intense pressure and compassionate leadership.
She is an accredited Insights Discovery and Engage Practitioner, Master NLP practitioner and ICF certified coach, well practiced and respected supporting organisations to develop and sustain a coaching culture that focuses on productivity alongside well-being. Her passion is developing skills, knowledge and expertise that can be practically applied, embedded and sustained with excellence across multiple departments.
Lucy is experienced in working 1:1 and with groups ranging from junior management right through to senior leadership and her coaching approach to training facilitates learners to be innovative and apply the concepts to develop a way of working that is right for them and their team.
Alongside her training and coaching expertise Lucy has also held several senior leadership roles within NHS and large organisations and successfully run her own business for over 5 years.
