Andrew (Andy) is an accomplished Training Coach and Management Consultant with over 20 years’ experience of delivering large scale learning and training projects across the MOD and Defence where he specialised in the design, delivery and development of complex training solutions including the coaching of ‘soft skills’ and behavioural sciences as well as the development of inter-departmental relationships to enhance human performance. Further experience also includes commercial learning and development activities as the Nordic Region Director for Azimuth Training Ltd where Andy managed the Scandinavian sales and administrative support functions as well as overseeing and developing customer relationships. The highlight of this was designing and delivering personalised training packages including a Personal Development Programme over 6 weeks within the British Embassy, Stockholm. The programme included lectures on stress, non-verbal communication, coaching and leadership for middle managers. All training was designed from the requirements of the senior learning and development manager within the organisation. Andy has also been a manager and lead instructor of a Chartered Management Institute accredited centre that specialised in the delivery of coaching and mentoring training to MOD personnel.
