In any working environment, where the athlete is feeling vulnerable or overwhelmed, the correct support is instrumental in preventing pressures and demands from building up. Tracey and Ana will be at hand to ensure the individual or team do not reach this point. They provide 1:1 support through coaching, mentorship and educational programme delivery. Enabling the athlete to work through stressors on and off the pitch/track, bringing an extra layer to Mind Management.
