League and abroad, including Liga Portugal, La Liga, and others, engaging with top
performance players and coaches.

practitioner, highlighting the importance of using psychology at work within teams. Ana is
also a Mental Health First Aider and a certified trauma-informed coach. She champions
gender equality in football and is dedicated to ongoing self-improvement, as seen in her
