Executive Coaching for Senior Leaders
Executive Coaching for Senior Leaders is proving to be extremely effective tool, Companies are recognising the benefits of having an executive coach on the team. Tracey at Chrysalis Coaching offers motivational and executive coaching sessions.
Whether you are a new or established Head teacher/ leader it can be extremely overwhelming with so many key responsibilities and areas to manage, it leaves very little time and energy to continue to devote and develop yourselves as leaders and create best management practices.
Something that is becoming increasingly more popular as a way of allowing individuals to take the step towards bettering themselves and their organisation is executive coaching. An on-going process of regular interval executive coaching sessions of self evaluation, strategic planning and goal setting is offered. You have the opportunity to put your ideas out there and express any issues you are facing, all the while having the knowledge that what you say is kept 100% confidential. The sessions are lead by you, meaning the entire purpose is to focus on what you want to achieve to move your schools forward in a positive and constructive manor.

The sessions are designed to support you getting from where you are now to where you want to be in the future, whether this is by providing support for improving specific skills e.g. communication, delegation, conflict management or simply giving you the motivation to make bold moves. Resilience is also a key competence for managers working under pressure during periods of change. The support also provides you with the tools to improve your personal resilience as well as supporting the resilience of those you work with.
